The person who came up with the idea for this pact

[edit]

Hello. I am high schooler from Poland. Recently we have talked about this pact on our history lesson. Our teacher told us, that the person, who came up with this idea was August Zalewski - polish Minister of Foreign Affairs. I cant give any references, just letting you know, if someone was interested.

Unfortunately, without a reference, we shouldn't add information to this article. I did a quick Google search, and except for this Time Magazine article, I was unable to find anything giving Mr. Zaleski (preferred spelling, it appears) any credit for the creation of the League. The magazine article says "Insiders call him the real author of the Briand-Kellogg Peace Pact", and that, in totality, is all the relevant text. That's not enough, particularly since Time Magazine in the early 1930s was not particularly scholarly. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 02:54, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
