This photograph proves that "white females" were discriminated against in the workforce. It is a shame that discrimination against "white females" existed. It is a certainty that "white females" admired and adored the position in the workforce that the sweaty, unbathed "white males" enjoyed to the fullest. The maltreatment of "white females" of the 19th century must be atoned for in future years. The great injustices of the past must be brought to an end, forever. It is God's will.
