Ecru
[edit]Ecru now redirects here, which seems much more helpful than the old redirect to yellow (which doesn't even mention "ecru"). See Talk:Yellow. — Johan the Ghost seance 20:30, 2 May 2006 (UTC)

Culture
[edit]"Beige in Human Culture" What culture is there besides "human"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.149.76.123 (talk) 06:27, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
- This question was answered before, but a chap calling himself "VMS Mosaic" saw fit to delete the answer, while leaving the question. Pretty sure that goes against Wikipedia policy. Anyway, there are other uses of the word "culture" that could call for clarification, e.g. bacterial cultures. --92.147.143.93 (talk) 00:04, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry, but Wikipedia policy IS to delete nonsense. That is what I did. 'Bacterial culture' uses a totally unrelated meaning of the word culture, and therefore, is nonsensical. VMS Mosaic (talk) 04:28, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- But the question asked was whether the word 'culture' has any other, totally unrelated meanings! --92.147.143.93 (talk) 06:45, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
