Talk:Pluto's Kiss
From vfd:
An uneducated attempt at trolling. Does not achieve the level of humour that one would expect from Thewikipedian.

- This doesn't appear to be a troll, just an account of an event in the .hack storyline. Merge and redirect. Spatch 17:14, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- I am very weary of subtrivial fancruft. Delete. Geogre 18:43, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Non-notable fictional episode, them a dime a ton. Mikkalai 19:08, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- I apologise, I got it wrong. Nonetheless I feel that this does not warrant an article of its own. Given that it is written in the near future, it should be explained more clearly as fictional. Merge and redirect to an article, perhaps .hack episodes.
SimonMayer 19:47, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC) - Keep, in part becase it definitively belongs to the list of fictional events, but also because it would not really fit into the main .hack article.--Requiem the 18th(email)
I understand your objections and shall merge this article with .hack if needed. I really didn't expect that it would raise such controversy, since other fictional events can be found in Archive of fictional things.
Perhaps rewriting the article so that it is clear that it is part of a fictional story would help. For instance:
In the fictional .hack universe, The Pluto Kiss is a catastrofic event that takes place on December 24th 2004. On that day, all computers connected to the internet crashed simultaneously around the globe. Also, all networked computer and communication network control system are shut down.
Only 77 minutes later, the network is able to recover itself from the incident.
In the series it is discovered that the virus creator is a 10 year old elementary school student.

(In a similar fashion, ALTIMIT OS might get a vote for deletion, since it refers to a fictional Operating System.) Furthermore, Tolle Koenig or Lavos refers to a fictional characters. TheWikipedian 17:50 UTC+2
- Merged with .hack. Pluto's Kiss will redirect to the later. TheWikipedian 19:40 UTC+2
