Not the same article that was voted on. Check edits- it has been seriously expanded. I'm removing the speedy because I think the information is valuable. -- JJay 04:06, 1 January 2006 (UTC)

- Thanks - it says "During the next 18 days Shand led patrols to Hazebrouck and St Omer to gather intelligence of enemy dispositions. By skilful and daring manoeuvre, he covered the withdrawal of a column of new lorries and guns under fire from four German tanks, and was awarded an immediate MC." Camilla’s official title is queen consort.
[edit]Camilla’s official title is queen consort not queen. As per the Queen Elizabeth’s wishes which was accepted by the current king. 2A02:C7D:5D53:4F00:D88E:DC67:ED59:DC00 (talk) 17:01, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
- Queen Camilla is fine. The late Queen did not bestow the title Queen Consort upon Camilla before she died. The wife of a king is a queen consort regardless of the previous monarch's wishes. In accordance with British Common Law, Camilla receives the same rank, title and style of her husband the king, therefore she is a Queen by rank, title and style. However, there has been a break from tradition for reasons unknown, and only time will tell whether we continue to adopt the use of the word consort in her title. Though, in the interim, it is fine to refer to the Queen consort as "Queen [Name]". 81.140.89.191 (talk) 12:50, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
