This seems to describe the Programme from an official perspective. In fact it sounds a lot like a brochure (e.g. "For more information, visit: the University Scholars Programme"). A-giau 18:16, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
To actually address the more important matter at hand, which is the existence of a certain programme within a university that segregates a selected group of students from various disciplines to allow them to follow a different path in their tertiary education as compared to other students, a concrete example is necessarry and one should not stray far from real-world descriptions. If the excerpt sounded far from ideal, do help make the necessarry adjustments. I believe thats what Wikipedia is all about =) VoeD 13:44, 16 Sept 2004 (SIN)
